The disc buckle is divided into the following five parts.
- Horizontal ledger: A horizontal member connected between vertical standards, forming a lattice structure with the vertical standards to enhance their load - bearing capacity.
- Vertical standard: It is the main vertical load - bearing member of the whole system.
- Diagonal brace: Connected on the diagonals of the vertical lattice of the scaffold, it forms a triangular lattice with the vertical standards and horizontal ledgers, making the scaffold more stable vertically.
- Base: A short rod used as an under - support between the bottom of the scaffold and the base vertical standard (the vertical standard without a connecting tube, which is the first vertical supporting member above the standard base).
- Base plate: Used to adjust the height to adapt to the foundation and building elevation; it is related to the base and the foundation shim.
